    Tasty food, good food temperature and quick delivery of our meals. Our hostess was friendly, as was our server. Our daughter was entertained with the paper cut-outs and the in-house baked cookie. (I think there is also a toy coming soon.). The only drawback was the portion sizes, for the price. Other than that, we recommend it...enjoy!

    The service was good...waitress was sweet (Laura) The prices are a bit high considering the portions given. The amount of flies around our table were ridiculous!!! DISGUSTING!!! landing on the table and even in our drinks! we sat in the back corner and it felt like we were just being bombarded with flies...grosss. Probably won't return back there during summer time due to the fly count being extremely high.

    Don't have a big sign saying "NOW OPEN" if you don't have a liquor license. Waste of a drive there just to turn around and come home. Maybe hang a sign saying "NOW OPEN FOR KIDS' PARTIES". You get one chance with me and that was it.

    Update: went again when they were all in training in the kitchen and the food was great and the service was quick. Sadly, went again tonight (apparently the extra help they call in when training new staff doesn't last after a month or so) and the food was inedible...ribs were cooked beyond being recognizable as meat (have they added sawdust to their menu?) and the wings were soggy. I wish there was a way to give them negative stars. The service was "at best" sub-par. Their only saving grace will be that they are near a Costco. People will not return there for anything besides convenience.  The other review on here about the Fox and Fiddle being horrible is a direct comparison to this place. The F&F has only survived because it's in the mall. This Turtle Jacks was the worst experience I've had at any of their locations.
